Hi, My name is Greer Rivera.
This blog documents my life as a professional photographer, it includes photos from recent shoots, offers helpful tips for your wedding, island info, as well as my personal and travel imagery. My business is based on St.John, US Virgin Islands where I spend my winters, and Martha's Vineyard where I grew up and still return for summers. I believe photography should be natural, classic, clean and simple. Angela and Matt were married at the Westin Resort on St.John with the wonderful Greg Kinslow band playing in the gazebo and Captain Phil Chalker Officiating.
I know this is a lot of photos but I couldn't narrow it down any further, plus who doesn't like photos!?

Karen and John were married at Concordia an eco-resort out on the South Shore of St.John. The view is amazing and it is so different out there then anywhere else on St.John since the whole camp is run on solar energy and is as you can imagine, very down to earth.
Their ceremony was held at Little Lameshur Bay even farther down the road then this out of the way spot.
Thanks to my rad balancing skills I was able to capture these next two shots.

John is a rock climber so they had no problem climbing up this high rock for a great photograph.

Good eye on picking out the spot on the rock; everyone has been chiming in that it looks like an advertisement. I'm just can't believe it's John and I up there. Can't wait to see the rest. PS - LOVE the pics of Lucca. What a cutie and she looks like she has so much energy :)
