Hi, My name is Greer Rivera.
This blog documents my life as a professional photographer, it includes photos from recent shoots, offers helpful tips for your wedding, island info, as well as my personal and travel imagery. My business is based on St.John, US Virgin Islands where I spend my winters, and Martha's Vineyard where I grew up and still return for summers. If you haven't heard already St.John is getting hit with a category 2 hurricane named Omar. We arrived late last night and have been preparing for the hurricane ever since!
My apologies for not returning many emails as I was traveling and now dealing with the hurricane all while trying to keep up with all my editing.
Right now we are moving to my aunt's house which is much safer. There are reported 10 inches of rain and 100 mph winds coming our way.
I'm a little worried about my wedding on Saturday, but it should be over by Friday morning.
I will not have internet at the other house, but as soon as the hurricane is over I will return all the emails. Thank you for your patience.
